PetDosti Refund & Cancellation Policy

PetDosti is an online platform that facilitates listings of pets for sale by independent sellers. Our role is strictly limited to providing an online space for these listings. PetDosti does not handle payments, logistics, or delivery, and all transactions take place directly between buyers and sellers.

1. No Refunds by PetDosti

PetDosti does not process or guarantee refunds for any purchases made through the platform. We are not involved in financial transactions and therefore cannot offer reimbursement of any kind for pet sales or services.

2. Seller Responsibility

Each seller on PetDosti operates independently and is solely responsible for their listings, including the accuracy of pet descriptions, setting their own return and refund terms, and managing all communication, payments, and logistics directly with buyers.

3. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are expected to conduct their own research before making any purchase. This includes verifying the authenticity of the seller, reviewing pet details, understanding the terms of sale, and ensuring compliance with local laws regarding pet ownership and animal welfare.

4. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers

PetDosti is not a party to any transaction and does not intervene in disputes between users. While we do not offer dispute resolution services, we encourage users to report any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of our rules for review and possible action.

5. Subscription Fees

Buyers and Sellers pay a subscription fee to list pets on PetDosti. This fee is non-refundable and covers only access to our listing platform. PetDosti does not guarantee sales or leads as part of this subscription.

6. Reporting Abuse or Fraud

If you suspect any form of fraud or misconduct by a buyer or seller, you may report it to PetDosti for review. Please contact us at support@petdosti.com.

7. Changes to Disclaimers

We may update this policy from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of PetDosti constitutes acceptance of any changes.
