PetDosti is an online marketplace that facilitates connections between individuals and entities who wish to buy or sell pet cats and dogs. We provide listings and messaging tools but do not participate in the actual transactions.

You agree to provide accurate and lawful information and to behave respectfully toward other users.
4. Seller Obligations
Sellers must comply with Indian animal welfare laws and ensure humane treatment of pets listed.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and are expected to treat pets ethically.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities on the Platform.
7. Platform Disclaimer
PetDosti does not verify listings and is not liable for transactions between users.
8. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their content but grant PetDosti a license to use it. All Platform content is protected by IP laws.
9. Privacy
Use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy regarding data handling and protection.
10. Seller’s Obligations
Sellers must disclose accurate health, licensing, and legal compliance information.
11. Buyer’s Obligations
Buyers are responsible for legal compliance and pet care after purchase.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy or legal violations.
13. Code of Conduct / Community Guidelines
Respectful and lawful interactions are required. Offensive and illegal content is prohibited.

Refunds or returns are between buyer and seller. Platform subscriptions are non-refundable, except in rare billing error cases.
26. Delivery or Transport of Pets
We do not transport pets. Transport arrangements are the responsibility of users.
27. Community Guidelines / Acceptable Use Policy
Users must behave lawfully, honestly, and respectfully. We may remove content or accounts for violations.

Information on the Platform is not professional veterinary advice. Consult a vet for health concerns.
29. Legal Compliance
Users are responsible for complying with pet sale and ownership laws.
30. No Endorsement or Vetting of Sellers
We do not endorse or verify any seller or listing.
